I am no financial guru... my take and please correct me if I am wrong.
My current fixed income will suffer with inflation but the effect on my only out standing debt, my fixed rate mortgage will be positive. of course everything else I pay for will be more expensive, food, heat in winter & the electric bill to power up, gas etc...
